February Virtual Author Events at Euclid Public Library

In the depths of winter, books can bring us together. This February's Online Author Talks are giving us a lot to talk about!

 

On February 4 at 2:00 pm, Smithsonian curator Sabrina Sholts will join us online to discuss the uncomfortable but timely message of pandemics. Sholts is the author of  "The Human Disease: How We Create Pandemics, From Our Bodies to Our Beliefs. Her book will take you on a journey through history and around the globe to examine how and why pandemics are an inescapable threat of our own making. On February 11 at 7:00 pm, learn about the post-apocalyptic novel Moon of the Turning Leaves. The book is Waubgeshig Rice's exhilarating return to the world first explored his phenomenal breakout bestseller novel Moon of the Crusted Snow. Click here to register.
